When legendary film director Jack Hussar returns to Hollywood after a long hiatus to raise money for a new film, he's soon up to his old antics. During his first night in town, he embarks on a long night of gambling, drinking and breaking the law. It all ends with him seducing the stunning Diana (Sienna Miller). Years later Jack's son comes to Hollywood to both follow in his father's footsteps and step out of his shadow. An older Diana (Jacqueline Bisset) watches as her daughter falls for the younger Jack. A satirical adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's "Two Hussars," 2 Jacks is a tale of two Hollywoods - one old and glamorous, the other modern and disillusioned.
