Since he's always the jester, Dan is starting out with a band. Covering the event for a Cable World Network is Lisa Cummings who doesn't trust Dan and thinks he's a hoax. She becomes the butt of his jokes when she spots a UFO landing near the radio station and Dan is quick to laugh until the alien breaks into KDUL. The alien is Cosmo who has developed quite a taste for rock and roll and beautiful young women. By using the airwaves at the station, Cosmo has found a new way to miniaturize and transport the people listening to the radio. His object is to collect a variety of women to take home to his planet and Dan O'Dare is the only witness! As hard as Dan tries to convince the listeners of what's happening, it all backfires and appears to be another one of his jokes. When Lisa gets miniaturized, along with Cookie (Charlie Sprading) and two other women, she finally believes Dan and they discover the one thing that will stop the alien DJ and make the airwaves safe again.

Seedpeople (1992)

Evil has sprouted in Comet Valley and it's taken on the form of some bad tempered creatures: Meet Shooter, Tumbler and Sailor, the bloodthirsty new plant inhabitants of this peace-loving town. And they've got a fiendish plan to pollinate and rule the world... Enter Tom Bains, a state geologist, who's been sent to Comet Valley to investigate a possible meteorite landing from many years earlier. It appears that parts of the meteorite have suddenly been springing up everywhere and they are having a strange effect on the people who find them. One citizen seems to have discovered the truth: he's Doc Roller, a botanist, who has been researching one of the meteorite fragments he found. It seems the fragment is actually an alien seed that, when germinated, grows at an incredible speed and the plant's sole purpose is to reproduce. When the plant pollinates a human being, an alien consciousness is transferred into the body taking over the human mind, thus creating the seed creature. Bains and Doc team up with Brad Yates and Heidi, the last "un-seeded" citizens in town.
