An ex-con finds it very difficult adjusting to a normal life with his dedicated wife, Sharon (Deborah Cox) after spending ten years in prison. But when he's offered a chance to fight again, Shadow (Bokeem Woodbine - who'd lost his shot at professional boxing, - thinks his luck has finally turned. This time around, it's underground street fighting controlled by a merciless, unscrupulous businessman and the stakes are high! Shadow soon finds out that leaving the seedy world of underground boxing is his biggest challenge yet, and his wife and family may have to pay the price.
