A rich and popular teen spirals into an abyss of virtual online worlds in Jan Komasa's coolly visualized tale of emo youth and oblivion. Young Dominik (Jakub Gierszal) is pressured to succeed by his wealthy and successful power couple parents. With only 100 days to go before final exams, he's on target to graduate with top marks and gain entry into the finest university. After a dare at a school formal where he gets to kiss his crush, Aleksander (Bartosz Gelner), social media explodes with commentary about the event. Daunted by the thought of returning to school where even Aleksander mocks him, he reverts from real life and logs into the virtual world. Cloaked in his avatar, Dominik meets Sylwia (Roma Gasiorowska), who introduces him to the Suicide Room where he meets others just like him. Soon enough Dominik struggles to decipher what is real and what is pretend as common virtual experiences dangerously into reality.
