Filmed in front of a live audience, this musical performance piece is a reminiscence by actor David Leddick of his friend Quentin Crisp. Friends for twenty years, you will see David practically submerged into the brave barrier-breaking Crisp at his most eccentric and wonderful - and you'll see David Leddick play both roles - himself and Mr. Crisp. The songs touch upon Quentin Crisp's love of New York City, where he moved when he was 70; his refusal to ever clean his apartment and his need to be the center of attention at all times. Quentin Crisp the legend is depicted - Sting wrote the song "An Englishman in New York" about the famed poofter. Now here's a musical devoted to this legend - enjoy.
