A Woman is a haunting relationship drama. Julie, an innocent young woman, meets a mysterious man, who turns out to be the famous American novelist Max Oliver. Devastated by the recent death of his wife - the beautiful dancer Lucia Giordano, who's the subject of Oliver's latest book A Woman - Max is rescued out of his darkness by Julie. He falls in love with her and immediately invites her to go live with him in his beach house in Salento-Italy.
