It's time for a major mid-term crisis in the darkly humorous and thoughtful comedy Tenure. Professor Charlie Thurber (Luke Wilson) loves to teach, but can't stand all the expected publishing and politicking that goes along with the position at the surprisingly competitive college level. So when his opportunity for tenure - a job for life - is announced, he goes out on a limb to prove his worth, but unexpectedly finds himself falling for the very person who might replace him (Gretchen Mol). Together with the best friend (David Koechner), Charlie must fight a battle of the brains where the stakes are high and only one person can get an "A" for effort. And what he learns just may turn out to be everyone's dream.
