Alex (Dan Turgeman), an Israeli secret agent on a dangerous mission, meets Thea (Mili Avital), and finds himself torn by his love for her. Though he has felt her presence throughout his life, his violent and dangerous career prevents the possibility of a relationship between them. Instead, he becomes Thea's phantom admirer, unseen and unknown but for the letters and music he sends that ultimately captures her heart. Unfortunately for Alex, her relationship with G.R. (Josh Lucas), an American student and a Spanish professor, as well as Alex's own struggle for survival, may destroy their fragile affair.
