Caribbean Heat

Bobby brings the flavors of the Caribbean to the grill using island spices, curry, and lots of habanero pepper heat. Enjoy jerk rubbed chicken cooked to perfection, clams with a kick, and grilled lobster with a curry butter that will melt in your mouth. Wash it all down with an icy glass of rum lemonade. Oh, so good!
