Avengers '64 - Volume 1

Go undercover with the bewitching and brilliant Mrs. Cathy Gale (Honor Blackman) and the charismatic and calculating John Steed (Patrick Macnee) -- The Avengers! Stalk smugglers and assassins. Battle bogus bishops and maniacal nuns. Join Steed and Cathy as they wield umbrella, boot, savvy and savagery against some of the most memorable villains in television history.

The White Elephant

When a rare albino elephant is stolen, Cathy hunts big game while Steed shops for big guns. Together, The Avengers cage a pack of ivory smugglers. Crawling with wild animals, including various monkeys and a leopard; strangely, this episode never shows us an actual elephant!

The Little Wonders

Steed dons a clerical collar to infiltrate a flock of religious racketeers, while Cathy plays with dolls. A fan favourite, The Little Wonders features the only known kiss between Steed and Mrs. Cathy Gale, as well as a machine- toting, habit-frocked Lois Maxwell, a.k.a. Miss Moneypenny of Bond fame.

The Wringer

While investing the mysterious deaths of a number of agents, Steed is accused of committing the murders himself! Charged with treason, he faces interrogation at the hands of The Wringer. Betrayed, bastilled and , Steed's only hope lies in the fortitude of the formidable Cathy Gale.

Avengers '64 - Volume 2

Contrary to popular American belief, it was the incomparable Cathy Gale (Honor Blackman), and not her saucy successor who was the first leather-clad undercover fighting femme fatale. Join Cathy and her equally formidable partner, the elegantly indomitable John Steed (Patrick Macnee) -- television's first entirely "co-ed" crimefighting team -- while they battle the of chaos as The Avengers.

Mandrake

Grave undertakings at a Cornwall cemetery drive The Avengers to dig up a nefarious inheritance plot. Shifty-eyed villains, mad doctors and merry widows adorn this fan favourite. Look for a particularly effective judo kick as Cathy fights an assailant in a graveyard. In real life, Honor Blackman broke her stuntman's nose!

The Secrets Broker

Wily merchants and a malevolent medium decant a deadly plot to sell military secrets. An beverage of séance scams, illicit love affairs and, of course, blackmail, literally have The Avengers over a barrel. A particularly deady adventure for Steed; he spends much of his time in a first-class cellar!

The Trojan Horse

A prominent stable becomes a haven for hoods, as well as horses, and a notorious gambling syndicate starts closing the book on prominent politicians. Steed gallops to the stable, while Cathy's mathematical abilities land her a job as a syndicate bookie! When the stakes are this high, always bet on The Avengers!
