Great movie, but where's Dolby 5.1? - 4 out of 5 (9/15/1998)
Goes without saying, the movie is great and the video is very good, but the lack of Dolby 5.1 means (to me) I'm missing the perfect audio experience, thus the lower audio rating.

It's a really great movie, with some of the best actors around, specially Kevin Spacey as 'Verbal'.
The commentary by the writer and the director is excellent.

The usual suspects is outstanding.
The amount of great actors in this movie is astounding, not to mention a great story with a surprising and impossible to guess ending.
The quality of the dvd in also great. It has a decent amount of features and good sound. Everyone should have this movie.
