Wouldn t you know, they were online and chatting with me. I was surprised and so glad to be able to talk to someone online on a weekend. I knew I d be taken care of. I ordered my Blu-Ray on Sunday night, and it shipped Monday morning. Tuesday afternoon it s on my doorstep. I couldn t be more happy with their service.
