Empire Review Where were you on New Year's eve? - 3 out of 5  (5/30/2000) Where were you on New Years eve in 1981? The question seems sort of redundant when we sit here during the month of June in the year 2000, which you have to admit is a much cooler year. But when you face the fact that most of us were still partying back in the eighties, it seems to make a little more sense. "200 Cigarettes" is a film that is at the heart of that question. Ever. - 2 out of 5  (3/22/2004) Oh wow, was just browsing and saw this steaming pile of...... I saw this movie at the theatre some time ago at the demand of my date. That was quite possibly amongst the worst 2 hours of my life. Bland characters, laughable dialogue, brainless plot.
