Once again Jason Bourne is being chased around Europe - 4.75 out of 5 (12/8/2004)
With only a handful of exceptions sequels do not live up to the bar set by the original. Thankfully, the Bourne Supremacy is one of those exceptions. It built upon the factors that made the original successful and continues upward from there. When we last saw the belabored Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) he was attempting to put his life as the rouge CIA super spy behind. Who knew Matt Damon could be this good? - 4.5 out of 5 (4/7/2005)
I had never really liked Matt Damon as an actor. I mean, I thought Good Will Hunting was OK and Dogma was pretty cool but for the most part I was just thoroughly uninterested in his movies. Then in 2002 I saw a trailer for a movie called The Bourne Identity. I was a little hesitant to be honest because as I said, I really wasn't a Matt Damon fan at all but it looked really cool so I decided to check it out.
