Now I know most of us have this incredible attachment to Will Smith from his days as the Fresh Prince of Belaire, but it's time to step away from that "fresh" mentality and see Will Smith as he should be seen. Basic synopsis: Lawyer, mob, guns, computers, satellites, and of course... lengerie! All of these elements you can find in virtually EVERY action flick there is today. A Suspenseful Thriller - 4 out of 5 (8/11/1999)
Director Tony Scott has achieved what he's best at. This movie is again packed full of action, testerone, suspense and thrills. Throw in the ever wise-cracking Will Smith who adds charm to this actioner, and you get a thriller that does not let down in the humor department. This movie left a powerful message for all of us - are we safe from the public eye anymore? The invasion of privacy and the horrors of what modern technology can do against us grabbed my attention.
