The Movie:
With the release of Antz earlier this year a new level of video quality had been accomplished on DVD. It contained one of the most beautiful pictures ever to grace a television (NTSC of course). Well, it's reign as the best has come to an end with Disney's release of A Bug's Life. Although the victory is not overwhelming, it is a victory for Disney.

This film is the best transfer I ve ever seen..
Video is absolutely the best.I cannot imagine
that it would be so wonderful and clear...
The images in Antz were anot as clear as this one..
This film is much more aimed children that adults but
adults would enjoy it too coz it has good plot...
Although not as good as Antz it is good anyway..
Musical Score is good,features are incredible and
you do get alot of staff to enjoy...I compared it
with Antz coz they are in same category....

Overall, I have to say that this is one of my ALL time favorite movies. The picture is OUTSTANDING, the audio is CRYSTAL, I have nothing negative to say about this film, it's incredible... your kids will LOVE it!!

Totally Entertaining on the DVD - 4.75 out of 5 (5/24/1999)
Adventurous, Humourous, Action and imaginative is in the essence of the little world of Bug's Life.
Journey into 3D animated computer graphics that is so real and spectacular. A new world of experience.
I would still prefer this movie over Antz, cause it's more fun and exciting. Antz seems to be a cartoon for
the adults, the way it was written and scripted. Pixar and DreamWorks has big challenges ahead to bring out the
best in the creativity and technology.
