Empire Review Don't rock the boat! - 3.75 out of 5  (4/3/2000) This review will take you back to days of past times. Days when things were better and Steven Seagal movies were still worth watching. I'm sure some will disagree with me but "Under Siege" was probably the best of his films. Yeah, I know it stretches the imagination a lot more than possible but you still have a great mix with Tommy lee Jones and Gary Busey added to the mix. It really gives the viewer the feeling of the enemy being all around (considering there is only one good guy who just happens to be an Ex-SEAL).
