A tender coming of age story that follows a young girl in a boarding school - 4.25 out of 5 (2/5/2002)
One type of film that has been a favorite for both Hollywood and the independent moviemakers is the coming of age story. In recent years the tenderness and sensitivity shown in films like 'The Summer of 42' or 'Last Summer' have degraded into sexual romps of teenage lust. 'Lost and Delirious' represents a return to when films could tell a story on a purely emotional level. The film is told through the eyes of young Mary (Mischa Barton), better known as Mouse, a very apt description. She has bee

A gorgeous film - 3.5 out of 5 (12/10/2001)
The masthead quote on LOST AND DELIRIOUS reads that the film is Erotic and

An Inspiration - 4.5 out of 5 (1/11/2005)
This film is absolutely delightful and one of my favorites. It has some of the best love scenes featuring two women that I've ever enjoyed. Piper Perabo (Polly) is the more aggressive of the pair, and Jessica Pare (Victoria), with her enchanting deep set eyes and her enrapturing breasts (shown in silhouette during their after-hours trysts), is the essence of loveliness. The story is told through the eyes of Misha Barton (Mary), their roommate, who is innocent and non-judgmental.

Delightful - 4.5 out of 5 (10/24/2002)
Lost and Delirious is a delightful lesbian-themed movie that is beautifully photographed with touchingly portrayed characters.
Piper Perabo (Polly) and Jessica Pare (Victoria), are lovers in an upscale private high school for girls. There's some nice kissing and a tantalizing view of Jessica's marvelous breasts. Their story is told through the eyes of their non-judgmental roommate, Mischa Barton (Mary).
The first half of the movie is like a girl/girl fantasy fulfilled. The second h
