Handsome rich man, beuatiful wife, artist lover, murder! - 4.5 out of 5 (12/20/2001)
I usually do not like remakes. There is a rational behind this, if the film was so good that the studio spends money on remaking it, the original was probably better than what they can come up with now. Sure, there are exceptions but they are fewer than those films that follow the rules. 'A Perfect Murder' is basically a remake of the Hitchcock classic 'Dial 'M' for Murder'. Perfect movie. - 5 out of 5 (10/5/1999)
This movie seems to have Michael Douglas typecast. For some reason, he always seems to be the one who is used and abused in his most recent movies. In any event, this movie is most enjoyable and I highly recommend it for is sonic excellence, entertainment and visual properties.
