FRIENDS, ROMANS, COUNTRYMEN, LEND ME YOUR EARS! or in this case, I guess it would be the eyes....
Either way, I need to make the point that once again a new collector's edition has come out to set the standard for the rest of the pack to be measured up against. To that goal, It is fitting that "Gladiator" should be that film.

Battle On, Maximus - 5 out of 5 (8/28/2002)
Directed by Ridley Scott (Alien), Gladiator is a powerful action-packed epic movie that ranks as one of the best movies of 2000. Russell Crowe delivers a powerful performance as a larger-than-life hero. The story is breathtaking and the action sequence are excellent. The opening battle sequence is visually amazing and very intense.
