This film is a joy to watch! - 4.5 out of 5 (11/13/1998)
If you've ever been intimidated by Shakespeare, this is the film to loosen you up. There are laugh-out-loud moments of brilliant humor, capture and performed with sure talent from helmsman and star Branagh! Great chemistry between he and Emma Thompson, and the whole crew. Great music ta boot! A beautiful widescreen transfer, though I actually found myself watching the full frame, as the W/S is very slight. OK features, as it includes a trailer and that's about it.
