Cher makes a wonderful preformance.   more >> Customer Review Early DVD has soft image - 3.5 out of 5  (12/21/1999) Most reviews I've read of this DVD release have been favourable in every way, including image quality. However, this has to be one of the five worst transfers out of my fifty discs. Though presented in anamorphic widescreen, the image appeared to me to have been culled from an old laserdisc master. The result is a very soft image where characters in the distance have smudged faces with definition similar to the reflection of a face in a fogged-up mirror.
