Not a very good thriller! - 2.5 out of 5 (4/14/2000)
I remember my Mother telling me about playing too many video games. She warned me that it would be time that I would never get back.

If you were one of the few million that missed it in the theater, consider yourself lucky!

Fully Matrix clone but ot doesnt even come its near... - 3 out of 5 (2/22/2000)
Yes,on the cover it say that it would make
Matrix looks like a childs play.Absolutely not!!!
Please be warned and do not be mistaken.
I was hoping to see better film that Matrix but it isnt.
Plot is absurd and jumps in betwen reality and game world.
What pointless is that you dont understand whether it
is in game or real.No cool effects and scenes except
that gun which fires tooth.
Some disgusting scenes such as installin that bioport thingy.
This might be fun to watch if you see it be

cronenBerG goes viRtuaL - 4.75 out of 5 (2/6/2000)
OK ! eXistenZ is not the best movie of the Canadian director David Cronenberg. So what - Do we have to despise him in the same manner some people have despised John Carpenter in the mid-nineties - I think that we ought to remember that the filmography of Raoul Walsh and Alfred Hitchcock counts a certain number of not so glorious movies !
And I loved the toothgun, a Cronenbergian weapon which shoots teeth and the game pod, a pod dedicated to all the seganintendosony addicts. Slightly erotic,
