When Wade finds life pulled out from under him, without a dime to his name, he dejectedly drives through the snow covered countryside - until he comes upon the Wolf Lodge. Meeting the owner, Rosalind Winfield, he gets the job he needs and decides to make a change, slow down and live a simple life. But something is not right at the Wolf Lodge and Wade continuously wakes to the sound of icy voices and muffled screams.
