Avoid this like the plague - 1 out of 5 (5/21/2003)

I had heard that there was some tampering down with the film but I just finally got around to seeing how bad it truly was and believe me, it is bad!
Producer John Russo and co-writer and star Bill Hinzman have created additional footage that was seamlessly added into the original movie to add a back story that supposedly explains more

Rednecks, Zombies & Gouhls oh my! - 4.5 out of 5 (7/15/2001)
Any true horror fan probably cringes even at the
thought of fooling around with one of the greatest
horror films ever. In this 30th anniversary edition
there is some new shots mixed in various places with
the original movie. After watching this version I
actually liked the way it turned out. Coupled with a
fresh digital transfer, 5.1 mix and new creepy mucical
score, I was sold. It's sort of like remembering an old
car that ran great but didn't look so good having a lot
of paint and
