Great Film, Great DVD - 5 out of 5 (9/12/1999)
Saw this movie at the cinema, without any expectations, and it blew me away. Its a women in rock and rock historical piece, but despite a subject matter which may have otherwise doomed it, its great. The photography, acting and music are top notch. One of my favorite movies. Didnt know if a repeat viewing on DVD would match my rosy memory of it in cinema, but it does, and exceeds expectations once again.
