A good rule in Hollywood is if it worked once, then do it again!
This is how a novel written in 1782 called "Les Liasons Dangereux" came to the screen not once but four times!
The most famous version is the film "Dangerous Liasons" starring Michelle Pfeiffer which is available on Warner DVD. The other two versions have yet to appear onto DVD. The include "Valmont" starring John Malkovich and Uma Thurman and Roger Vadim's original 1959 version of "Les Liasons Dangereuses."

i love Cruel Intentions Ryan Phillpie is super hot as Sesbation and Reese Witherspoon is Annete the good girl and headmasters daughter and theres Katherine the bad cruel girl played by Sara Michelle Geller the movie is outstanding i truly love it!!!

Thoroughly disappointing remake of Dangerous Liasons - 2.75 out of 5 (7/23/2002)
This film attempts to blend a classic novel like Dangerous Liasons with the teen bubble gum market. The end result is less than stellar. I'm sorry to say that this is Sarah Michelle Gellar's best movie. Ryan Phillipe whines and complains through this whole film in a style that would make Keanu Reeves proud. Reese Witherspoon's 'acting' chops are stiff with absolutely no range. Selma Blair has a freshly tazered look about her from start to finish, as if she were zapped with a cattle prod in betwe
