One great movie, one skimpy disk. - 3.75 out of 5 (8/10/2001)
The Birdcage is a great movie. Robin Williams is great, but Nathan Lane is better. What can I say about this movie? FUNNY! I laughed my ass off. Robin and Nathan were so great together. The features for this movie suck, the picture is good and the audio is good too. But for a great movie like this... it needs more than a trailer and a booklet. But this is one good movie and it is worth the money. So buy this if you like Robin and Nathan. It is a gay movie so if you have a problem with that th

A poor re-make of a good film - 2.5 out of 5 (8/11/2000)
A poorly executed re-make of the french classic - La Cage Aux Folles. Ham acting at its worst. A waste of talented actors.
Recommend viewing of the original - and best.
