Everyone Has A Fix
Based on several short stories by acclaimed writer and filmmaker Bruce LaBruce, SUGAR, is a provocative, challenging and bizarrely funny coming of age love story. Cliff (André Noble), a homosexual teen on the verge of turning 18, is restless in his sheltered suburban life, and anxious to have his first sexual experience. Armed with a bottle of vodka and a joint, Cliff goes downtown looking for some action, and meets up with Butch (Brendan Fehr), a hunky street hustler. In the company of Butch, Cliff's eyes are opened to a world of gay sex, drugs, and life on the street, but Cliff soon learns that to taste the sugar of life is to experience the bittersweet.

Okay, I have to say I went in watching this movie not sure "what" to expect, because I honestly have never seen a review for it. The first thing I noticed was that the quality of the film or the transfer itself to be very poor. The next thing that bothered me was the story itself. This movie poorly highlights on "drugs, addiction, male prostitution and consequences". I have to admit I thought this movie would be about this kid who falls in love with a male prostitute and would try and change
