Empire Review Followin' all the rules is still funny - 3.75 out of 5  (9/29/2004) BREAKIN' ALL THE RULES is an odd title for a movie that really breaks none of them. As a matter of fact, you can in the first ten minutes tell just what is going to happen, how it's going to happen and who it's going to happen to. But as it is often is with romantic comedies of mistaken identity, that isn't a bad thing, and BREAKIN' ALL THE RULES has more than enough charm and wit to make it a worthwhile watch.
