Empire Review Dark Water - 3.25 out of 5  (6/28/2005) There must be something about apartment living that's inherently creepy, because there are dozens of films about the evils of high-rise living. The Tenant, The Brood, Toolbox Murders, The Sentinel, Repulsion, Tenement, Troll (Sonny Bono turns into a pea bod, watch it!)...the list goes on and on.
