Synopsis
Aaron Prays. Christian Plays...Opposites Attract.

From C. Jay Cox, the writer of the hit comedy Sweet Home Alabama, comes a heartwarming and tender gay romantic drama that combines laughs, seduction, tears, and plenty of romance. The handsome Aaron (Steve Sandvoss), a Mormon missionary, travels door-to-door in Los Angeles spreading the word of his religion. Christian (Wes Ramsey), a cute West Hollywood party boy, goes from man to man without much commitment. Opposites attract when Aaron and Christian meet, and sparks begin to fly. Featuring two star-making performances from Sandvoss and Ramsey, the film also features a terrific supporting cast including Mary Kay Place (Sweet Home Alabama), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Mysterious Skin) and international screen legend Jacqueline Bisset.

Worth Watching! - 4.75 out of 5  (2/14/2005)
One of the best gay dramas, featuring good looking guys falling in love with each other. The brief nudity and love scenes add more excitement to watching this movie.   more >>

Good - 4 out of 5  (11/17/2004)
Here is a movie that I thought was a good watch. I felt the two main characters Aaron and Christian never developed a strong enough relationship to fully effect us when things take a semi-dramatic turn midway through the movie. However, Steve Sandvoss was excellent as Aaron and you find yourself watching the movie in hopes that Aaron will find happiness and acceptance. The movie was touching and although it has a couple of weak moments, it is definitely worth watching if you like a gay rom   more >>

Enjoyable, realistic & positive coming of age movie - 3.75 out of 5  (9/17/2004)
My partner normally doesn't care for "gay themed" flicks, but he really enjoyed this one. I loved it.   more >>
