When two Texas border guards unearth the skeletal remains of a man at the wheel of a jeep buried in the desert, they also discover a box containing $800,000 in cash and two phone numbers. One can be traced back to a person in Washington D.C., while the other dates back twenty years as the number for the Dallas Police Department.
