DC 9/11 is a fast-paced chronicle focusing on the difficult decisions and tasks faced by President Bush and his staff on September 11, 2001. the film recounts the tragic events from the moment the President hears the news of the attacks, to his overwhelming journey to Ground Zero, culminating with his now famous national address nine days after the attacks.
The film portrays the Bush Administration's strength in responding both to the terrorists and the American people. Eschewing their own feelings and healing process, the President and his team instead tended to the needs of a wounded country.
Timothy Bottoms brings stunning intensity to his portrayal of President George W. Bush, and the rest of the cast shines in this compelling retelling of those shocking days.
