Customer Review THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE NON-COLLECTOR'S EDITION - 1.75 out of 5  (6/26/1999) Of course i am reviewing the non-collectors edition, which is by far one of the worst transfers to DVD i have ever seen. The film itself is good (I liked it better then the first time i saw it). The video quality is horrible. The picture isn't very sharp or colorful and it's not in widescreen (why anyone who owned a DVD player wouldn't want widescreen?) The audio is the worst. I usually do not take a great deal of notice to the audio, but this one was very quiet and mono. Skip this version   more >> Customer Review Truely a masterpiece! Nothing like it exists! - 4.5 out of 5  (6/22/1999) This film is a must see! I originally saw this film in the cinema a few months ago - being a citizen of the United Kingdom, we usually get film releases after the US, but this time, Patch Adams was worth the wait! I am not ashamed to say I cried during this film, in fact I cried several times, and the ever present clench of my girlfriends grip on my arm got tighter and tigther as the film progressed.
