Empire Review a very nice little package - 3.75 out of 5  (12/8/2003) Most people ignored THE ADVENTURES OF FORD FAIRLANE the first time around because they didn't like Andrew Dice Clay. Critics hated the film, audience members ignored it and it faded off into the sunset with a mediocre 21 Million dollar box office take that seemed to signal the death of the career of Andrew Dice Clay. But then something funny happened. The movie grew in cult status. It became the film that many enjoyed but few would admit to that fact. Renny Harlin Is An Awsome Director and he uses his action film making talents and puts them to work in this off-beat somewhat corny film. Without Renny Harlin's Direction, this movie would not have been as good. It is Andrew Dice At His Best. I Would consider it being Andrew Dices Beverly Hills Cop.   more >>
