Look Who's Back Withia Brand-New Exorcist!
Ready for a devil of a good time? Linda Blair will scare you silly when she's Repossessed! Leslie Nielsen, the deadpan comedy hero who provided loop-de-loops of laughter in Airplane! and rapid-fire hilarity in The Naked Gun.
The fun begins when grown-up Blair starts spewing curses and pea soup. This is a job for ex-exorcist Nielsen! So he gears up to battle the spirit world-and finds he must also outwit a pair of phony TV evangelists (including Ned Beatty), trying to cash in on the exorcism biz. Get Repossessed. funny movie but the disc is no laugjing matter - 2.25 out of 5 (8/11/2003)
REPOSSESSED? I wonder why it took them so long to film a comedy version of an Exorcist film.
Of course there are those out there who would say EXORCIST 2: THE HERETIC qualifies.
REPOSSESSED however is an animal of a different sort. It's a parody of that film, but it also covers almost every other type of film in the horror genre.
