Empire Review How High (huh huh wink wink) - 4 out of 5  (5/3/2002) HOW HIGH is one of those films that you have to be in the right mood to watch. And I do suppose you all know the kind of mood (wink, wink) I am talking about, because to people in that kind of mood (wink, wink) the film will seem incredibly funny. To those not in that mood (wink, wink) the movie seems to have a few funny scenes sandwiched between an awful lot of unfunny material.
