Empire Review Average film, but better than 4 - 3 out of 5  (7/28/2003) There is an unwritten rule in Hollywood that says the higher a sequel number goes, the worse the film is allowed to become. Now I have to say that I wasn't expecting CRITTERS 3 to be Shakespeare, which works because even though the film does have a larger that average degree of suckage, it still manages to give us a story while setting the next movie up.
