Customer Review Dean Cain's One of Best Film - 4 out of 5  (6/24/2003) Somehow Dean Cain, former Superman TV series, has gone acting into directed-to-videos & TV movie. I'd say he's the 2nd best actor that appeared in these movies. This film is far best than his others, I hope. This movie is about Dean Cain, who is suspended as a cop where he accidentally shot a president of Lotus Flower Society at his leg.
