Empire Review I wanna live forever - 4 out of 5  (6/3/2003) I never saw FAME when it first came out. It was at a time when I was too busy watching movies that didn't involve singing, dancing and other things that I did not care about. Yup, I was an idiot. Because as I watch it now, I can see that the movie is about so much more than just singing and dancing. It's got a heart and it breathes, and the trials that these kids go through just to make it to the top put any reality TV show to shame. Got that AMERICAN IDOL?
