A well done classic - 4 out of 5 (5/21/2003)
It makes me kind of sad to know that few children today have heard of the novel TUCK EVERLASTING. Back in my school days, the book was required reading (and before you ask, yes they did have printing presses back then.)
But I had spoke of the film to a younger friend of mine and she said she had never heard the story of the everlasting Tuck family. Furthermore, she had never heard of the earlier film, which had been made of the movie.
