Empire Review It's a real kick! - 4.25 out of 5  (5/22/2003) They say that clothes make the man, but can they make Jackie Chan the man? The answer is a simple of course, because Jackie is the man when it comes to action comedy and this movie gives him a chance to show off his fighting skills at least four times. It also has the always-attractive Jennifer Love Hewitt in the film and as far as eye candy goes; it doesn't come in any better flavor (in my opinion, anyways.) So why the film did so poorly at the box office is beyond me. This is his first movie that he worked with Jennifer Love Hewitt for the first time. I really liked this movie. I wonder why nobody liked this movie. It begins where Jimmy Tong(Jackie)who is a taxi driver and receieved a new job for working for a playboy millionaire/agent Clark Devlin (Issacs).
