Synopsis
1,000 faces...And notia single clue.

One minute he's an old woman. The next, a turtle man. Moments later, president George W. Bush. Who is this man, this myth, this master? He's Pistachio, the Master of Disguise.

Pistachio Disguisey (Dana Carvey, Wayne's World) is a mild-mannered waiter whose life is about to change. Big time. Criminal mastermind Devlin Bowman (Brent Spiner, Star Trek: Nemesis) has kidnapped Pistachio's parents and is forcing his father Fabrizzio (James Brolin, Traffic) to steal priceless treasures from around the world. It's up to Pistachio to save the day, but how? His grandfather informs him of a secret family legacy: he's descended from a long line of brilliant disguise masters. Quickly trained in the ancient art of transformation and with the help of a sexy assistant (Jennifer Esposito, Don't Say A World), a sacred pop-up book and a magic ball of knowledge, Pistachio just may surprise everyone. The Master Of Disguise from Revolution Studios is an outrageous adventure comedy that's fun for the whole family.

so crazy it might work - 4 out of 5  (5/22/2003)
That's a crazy idea.... So crazy it just might work" And so intones Pistachio Disguisey several times during the film, but if you close your eyes, you can almost imagine the idea being pitched in the boardrooms of Happy Madison Productions. That's assuming they have boardrooms. Let's look at the facts. On the plus side, we have Dana Carvey: a master impressionist who has 1,000 voices to go with the supposed 1,000 faces. On the negative side though, we have a first time dir   more >>

Dana Carvey cannot "disguise" his acting talents!! - 5 out of 5  (4/26/2004)
This film was a real treat. When I watched it at home, alone, in my bath, with Kenny Rogers music playing in the background, i forgot all about my fingers turning into raisins. I got out of my bath and let my fingers dry and turn back to normal, and watched it again, alone....all alone...wtch this movie. BUt not in the bath   more >>

my comments - 3.25 out of 5  (6/24/2003)
"I could tell you but it'd be a real ding-dong-dingy-dingy-ding-wad hut one hut two I need a Charleston chew. Get it? Got it? Doubt it?" Well actually I myself avoided watching this movie for quite a while 'cause it looked completely stupid. Don't get me wrong it was, but as a nineteen year old girl with not much better to do than work and rent movies nightly, I some how loved it. I watch a lot of movies and this one just hit a soft spot somehow. I will have you know that I happen to be a b   more >>

NOt so funny movie - 2 out of 5  (3/16/2003)
This is a movie I would not recommend. Some parts are funny, but not worth getting it. I like the george bush scene at the end and some of the things he imidiate, oh yeah like Jessie the body and Michael Johnson. The shrek part was funny tooother than that some of the jokes do not make sense and the accent gets sort of annoying.   more >>
