Romantic comedies are a strange breed, and they usually wind up being defined as one of two types:
First is the successful type. It is witty, funny, has an attractive male and female lead and most of all, it will make us forget that the lead actors are not always such nice people. PRETTY WOMAN is the best example of this because it was a love story between an amateur hooker and a corporate hatchet man.
