Empire Review Meet Wendell Tvedt - 3.75 out of 5  (3/18/2002) The 1980's gave us literally hundreds of teenage sex comedies. Why not? It was the advent of the videotape and it was cheap to make a film back then, and sex comedies sold well, so that's why we saw so many of them. But here in the modern age, films cost more to produce and the returns are not as good and perhaps that's why we don't see so many. FRATERNITY VACATION is one of the better ones from that decade.
