Whether it is because they touch us in a profound way, or they are associated with a specific point or event in ones life, some movies just make you feel good no matter how many times you see them. Goodness only knows why, but for me, Transylvania 6-5000 belongs in that category. I know, it's just a low budget; lowbrow comedy from the 80's, but no matter how many times I see it, it still makes me laugh. It might have something to do with the fact that   more >> Customer Review A Funny Must See Movie - 3.5 out of 5  (4/7/2002) I saw this film once on network television and was intrigued as to how funny it was. It is a tale of two reporters who are sent to Transylvania to discover the mystery of Frankenstien, the wolfman, and other characters. They come across many such characters and more. Be sure to look out for Michael Richards and Geena Davis, as well as the others. I bought this disc for the film itself, and it is quite satisfying. Rent it to laugh, and maybe you too might want to own it.   more >>
