Empire Review Strictly average - 3.25 out of 5  (4/13/2002) And it's a sad state of affairs when the funniest character in a movie starring both Robin Williams and Tim Robbins is the Chinese waitress. But that what CADILLAC MAN is. It's a series of peaks and valley's that makes you laugh at one point and has you scratching your head at how this movie got made at the next.
