No wonder this wasn't a big hit... - 3.25 out of 5 (5/6/1999)
When I grabbed this disc I wondered why I had never ehard of it. Afetrall it had wesley snipes and vanessa williams, two big stars, and dean cain who was a huge tv hit in superman. So it certainly had to have some money to be made to attract these stars. Then, I watched the movie. No wonder. It actually wasn't bad, just not good. The cgi effects in it for the most part are lame because they are so obviously cgi and that detracts a lot. The story is basically a good guy fighting bad guys w
