Empire Review edge of your seat horror without the gore - 3.25 out of 5  (5/22/2003) I once learned in a film class that there are two kinds of horror. The first is visual and that includes the gore and all the goodies that come with it. Those are the films that people will want to see immediately and then forget. The second is the thinking horror and those are the films that people won't rush out to see but they will see eventually. But more importantly, they will remember them.
